Furniture Designer
Craft functional, beautiful, market-ready furniture. You'll work alongside our production and sales teams to turn concepts into finished pieces.
What you'll do
- Develop 3D models, CAD drawings, and technical specs for custom and modular furniture.
- Select materials — wood, metal, upholstery, finishes — balancing durability, look, and cost.
- Work with workshop technicians to keep manufacturing true to the design.
- Track trends in interiors, materials, and space-saving innovation.
What we're looking for
- Degree or diploma in Industrial, Furniture, or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in Rhino, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
- Hands-on grasp of materials, joinery, and manufacturing feasibility.
- A portfolio that shows both function and aesthetics.
Accountant
Own our day-to-day financial management, bookkeeping, and tax compliance on a flexible part-time schedule.
What you'll do
- Maintain accounting records, ledger entries, and daily sales/expense tracking.
- Handle monthly GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory compliance.
- Manage invoicing, receivables/payables, and bank reconciliation.
- Support quarterly and annual reporting and budget tracking.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance — or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in bookkeeping or accounting (furniture, retail, or manufacturing a plus).
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of Indian tax regulation (GST, TDS).
Design Intern — Furniture & Interiors
A design student who wants to see their drawings become real objects. Hands-on experience in high-end furniture crafting and space planning.
What you'll do
- Support senior designers on 2D/3D modeling, rendering, and material mood boards.
- Join client consultations and on-site space measurements.
- Coordinate with craftsmen and follow prototypes through production.
- Help build product catalogs and present options to walk-in clients.
What we're looking for
- Current student or recent grad in Furniture Design, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, or 3ds Max.
- A strong visual eye and clear communication.
- Real curiosity about materials, craft, and user-centered design.
Digital Engagement & Lead Specialist
Own every online inquiry — turn digital interest into showroom visits and give every potential client a smooth first impression.
What you'll do
- Respond quickly across WhatsApp, website forms, Instagram, Facebook, and email.
- Qualify leads, understand needs, and book showroom consultations or designer calls.
- Keep a clean lead-tracking log (CRM) and follow up on open quotes.
- Share catalogs, pricing guidelines, and product details with clients.
What we're looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in customer support, sales coordination, or digital lead management — retail or interiors preferred.
- High responsiveness, strong organization, comfort with messaging and CRM tools.
- Warm, professional phone and text etiquette.
Installation & Customer Support Manager
Own post-purchase fulfillment end to end — lead our field installation teams and make delivery and assembly effortless for customers.
What you'll do
- Lead and schedule field technicians and carpenters for deliveries and installations.
- Handle post-delivery care: warranty requests, maintenance calls, on-site assembly issues.
- Set quality-check protocols before dispatch and after installation.
- Be the escalation point for customer feedback and keep satisfaction high.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years managing installation crews, support teams, or post-sales logistics in furniture, modular kitchens, or fit-outs.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and operational organization.
- Hands-on knowledge of furniture assembly, site readiness, and logistics.
- Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages.
