At Furnology, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Since all purchases are made offline and in person, we encourage customers to inspect products thoroughly before confirming an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be considered.
1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an item is purchased and dispatched.

Please verify all product details—dimensions, finish, materials, and aesthetics—before placing your order.
2. Refunds (Applicable Only in Specific Cases)
Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

Verified manufacturing defects

Transit damage identified and reported within the eligible timeframe
Refunds are not issued for:

Change of mind after delivery

Incorrect measurements taken by the customer

Dislike of natural textures, grain, or finish variations
3. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
To be eligible for a resolution:

Damage or defect must be reported at the time of delivery.

Claims must include clear photographic and/or video evidence

Late claims will not be eligible for refunds, repairs, or replacements
4. Resolution Options
Upon successful verification, Furnology will determine the appropriate resolution:

Replacement of the damaged/defective product (subject to availability)

Repair service at no cost (if feasible)

Refund (partial or full) in rare cases where neither replacement nor repair is viable
The resolution process may take up to 14 business days post-verification.
5. What Is Not Covered
The following conditions are not eligible for return or refund:

Natural variations in wood grain, fabric weave, or material texture

Minor aesthetic variations due to lighting or screen resolution

Damages from improper use, mishandling, installation, or third-party assembly

Customised or altered products
-
Products damaged due to neglect, water exposure, or misuse
6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after processing.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun, under any circumstances.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable unless we caused the issue
