Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Furnology, we offer delivery services for products purchased in-store or via direct inquiry and confirmed offline orders. This policy outlines how deliveries are handled, including timelines, charges, and service coverage.


1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India, including metro cities and select rural areas.
  • Deliveries are subject to accessibility and third-party logistics coverage in certain remote locations.
  • For specific pin code availability or timeline estimates, feel free to contact us.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • For ready-to-dispatch items, delivery is scheduled within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase and full payment.

  • Made-to-order or customised products may take longer, and expected timelines will be shared at the time of purchase.

  • Deliveries are not scheduled on Tuesdays or public holidays.


3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is chargeable and calculated based on:

    • Distance from our store/warehouse

    • Size and weight of the product(s)

    • Special handling requirements (if any)

Delivery fees are communicated and confirmed with the customer at the time of sale. We do not offer free delivery unless explicitly stated during a promotional offer.


4. Delivery Coordination

  • Once your order is ready for dispatch, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

  • You will receive basic dispatch information either via WhatsApp, SMS, or call—depending on your preferred mode of communication.


5. Redelivery & Missed Deliveries

  • Our delivery team will attempt delivery once.

  • If you are unavailable at the scheduled time and the delivery fails:

    • A rescheduling fee may apply.

    • The new delivery will be arranged based on available slots.


6. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

  • Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • If there is any visible damage or missing item, it must be reported immediately or within 72 hours of delivery, along with photographic or video evidence.

  • We will investigate and offer a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion).


7. Address & Access

  • Delivery address and access instructions must be confirmed at the time of billing.

  • Address changes are not possible after dispatch, and re-routing may incur additional charges.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that doorways, staircases, or lifts can accommodate the product dimensions. Failed deliveries due to access issues may result in additional delivery charges.


8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

  • If the delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:

    • The product will be returned to our warehouse.

    • Redelivery will only be arranged once the customer pays the applicable reshipment fee.
