  • Materials such as stainless steel with PVD coating, marble/stone tops, and coated metal finishes are prone to minor surface scratches.

  • These scratches may be visible under indirect or reflective lighting and can be present even in brand-new products straight out of packaging.

  • Such marks are inherent characteristics of the material and finish, not defects, and are therefore not grounds for replacement or rejection.

  • Tables with curves, bends, folds, or angled surfaces may show minor undulations, bulges, or surface tension marks at fold points. This is a natural outcome of the manufacturing process and not a defect.

    • Any third-party alterations or tampering have been done.

  • Complaints raised after delivery acceptance will not be entertained.

Why this matters:

  • The customer is responsible for final measurements, access clearances, and fit suitability.

  • Furnology is not responsible if a product does not fit through doors, lifts, staircases, or intended spaces.
